A patch keygen is defined by many antiviruses as malware, so you should disable the antivirus before starting the registration and activation procedure. Check for VirusTotal
Also, before activation, you need to turn off the Internet, otherwise you will not be able to activate it manually.

After installing the program, turn off the antivirus and the Internet. Run the program.
Copy the patch keygen to the program folder and run it.
In the first block of the patch keygen, select the program to patch (Navicat v15). Press the "Patch" button and wait for the program files to be patched.
In the second block, select the following:
Licenses (license type) - any (by default "Enterprise")
Products (program type) - "Premium"
Languages - select the one with which you installed the program itself!

In the third block, select which license you want to get. You can leave the "Site license".
Launch Navicat Premium and on the home screen click the "Registration" button.
In the fourth block of the patch keygen:
In the "Serial Keygen" line, click the "Generate" button, a key will be generated, copy it with the "Copy" button.
Switch to the previously opened Navicat Premium. The generated key should be automatically inserted into the input fields. If it doesn't, paste the manually copied key into the first of the four fields on the left.
Click the "Activate" button. Due to the lack of connection to the activation server, a window will appear prompting you to activate the program manually - click the "Manual Activation" button.
A window will open in which a code will be generated in the "Request Code" field. Highlight the entire code and copy it.
Switch to patch keygen. In the "Request Code" field, paste the copied code.
In the fields "Your Name" and "Your Organization" you can enter your name and the name of the organization, respectively.
In the line "Activation Code" click the "Generate" button and, after generating the key, copy it with the "Copy" button.
Switch to Navicat Premium. The generated key should be automatically inserted into the "Activation Code" field. If it doesn't, insert the copied key manually.
Click the "Activate" button. A notification about successful application activation will appear. Then click "OK" in all windows.

In Navicat Premium settings, disable "Check for updates on startup". after the update, the activation will "fly off".
You can close the patch keygen and turn on the Internet.
